About Aryanna
Aryanna is a wellbeing coach, a yoga teacher, and a community builder. She is trained in counseling psychology and holds a dual masters degree from Columbia University. There, she specialized in Reproductive & Maternal Wellbeing & decided to focus on supporting women and mothers.
Originally from Boston, Aryanna established roots in Barcelona throughout her 20s. Now settled in the Castelldefels area, she saw a need for connection and community among local expats and mothers. Motherest was created as a space for developing deep connections in a friendly & lighthearted community.
“we often know how to keep going, but we need to learn how to pause”
Aryanna’s background includes working as a psychotherapist at private clinics and counselor at psychiatric hospitals in NYC & Boston. She has been trained in somatic, relational and strengths-based models of therapy, which influence her practice as a coach. Through her work, she creates a supportive, relaxed space for individuals to explore and reconnect with themselves, helping them find ease, joy, and a sense of balance in their everyday lives.
“may we listen to our body and become more connected to life’s rhythms”
“There are moments for yin & moments for yang…After living much of my life running around burnt out and overwhelmed, I spent some time leaning into a softer pace. Slowing down, finding ease and allowing rest.
Then something magical happened: I learned how to accept both. By listening to my body I feel more connected to life’s rhythms – the ebbs and flows – the moments of yin and yang.
Nothing’s perfect but living day to day with this in mind feels like allowing all parts of me to exist at once"
