It is understandable that extenuating and unexpected circumstances occasionally arise that may impact your ability to show on-time or hold an appointment.

In the event of such circumstances, please reach out to directly via WhatsApp/Phone call/Email.

Please note the following policies in place to honor the time and effort put into Motherest’s offerings, as well as wait-listed and scheduled clients.

Any cancellation or reschedule with less than 48-hours notice is non-refundable.

Any cancellation or reschedule with more than 48-hours notice is partially refundable by 50%.

Any no-show will be charged the full cost of the scheduled session.

Clients are expected to arrive to their appointments within 5-10 minutes
of the start of their scheduled appointment time. 

Clients who arrive 10-15-min late to their appointment will lose that time from their session.

Clients who arrive over 15-min late, with or without notice, to individual sessions will be considered a no-show and will need to book a new appointment.

Coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you need support for your mental health, please consult with a licensed psychotherapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist.

Please keep in mind: Although I trained to practice clinical psychotherapy in the US, the services I promote and offer outside the US are conditioned by the laws and regulations of Spain. This means that my practice as a coach does not allow me to diagnose or treat any mental health condition. Under no condition will the services I offer be interpreted as a medical mental health treatment, psychotherapy, or mental health counseling.
